The biggest cup size seems closest to the original, but they probably had to exaggerate back then because of the low polygon count.

Exaggerated breasts were the norm back then - see Lara Croft, for example. See also all the TV shows featuring Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra.

I don't feel like it really matters... While we can judge amateurism, it's hard to criticise design choices until we see the game as a whole imo
