Yesterday, Battler said that his girlfriend is also on this forum? Would you like to introduce yourself? I haven't had a chance to visit Japan yet, though I've lived in China, and also did Aikido for most of my childhood.
My first relationship was kind of long-distance (she's living in France) and I found that hard. I'm curious how you guys keep things fun? What do you do together?
How do you keep a long-distance relationship fun?

Now, that said, we've done a lot of stuff together over the years, we even played Minecraft together before her account became unusable due to Minecraft's website insisting she logged in from a new device so we tried to recover it using her old Hotmail account that it was registered do, but she forgot the password of that and Microsoft screwed up the database conversion, meaning that all security questions and answers that were in Japanese, are now only a bunch of ?'s.
Another thing we usually do is, recomend stuff like movies to each other, watch them, then discuss them.
We also discuss politics, the key to doing that properly is for both sides to be willing to make consessions.

We lived long-distance on and off with my wife for a few years, we've had a dedicated chat app marketed specifically for couples (you could enter important dates and there were a bunch of cute stickers). Other than that we had sexualish games, and a program to watch films in sync.

I believe we did some sync watching of stuff using VLC streams back when I still had a static IP that wasn't behind a carrier-grade NAT, so I could actually stream things out. It was fun.

Ah, mine was a program that hogs on to VLC, and syncs the videos when the two people play the same file.
It's called syncplay
